Prove yourself wrong

-For the hypochondriacs out there-

You wake up with a slightly sore throat and you know immediately: this is it, it's the virus!! You try to avoid any movement because your lungs might not be able to take it. You sit in bed, google symptoms and feel sorry for yourself. You also feel a little bit special but you repress the feeling quickly. You can’t check your temperature because there were no thermometers left to buy in the whole country so you go back to browsing social media, defeated. Your allergies are watching this and thinking: "Excuse us?? Have you forgotten about us??". Also you were drinking cold Crémant the whole evening yesterday but this doesn’t sound like a valid explanation to you, since you are sure you are sick.

Try this: Use your ability to prove yourself wrong and search the internet for a cool workout. Jump out of bed to take part. You will feel excited and forget about everything. Or go for a jog. Don’t know how to start? See how to trick yourself into exercising here

After finishing, you will feel very proud of yourself and think: I might as well not be as sick as I thought, I will live to see another day. If you start doubting yourself again, quickly subscribe to another course, just to be double sure.
